About me
ABrecording.org is Andrew Budden, a recording engineer, producer, and professional french horn player. I undertake all aspects of recording work so get in touch and we can discuss your project.
Rates
All work is charged at £50 per hour, be it session time or post production. Below are a few examples of projects I have completed but whatever your needs, get in touch! In all cases a quote will be created and honoured for your project in advance of time so you will know exactly how much to budget for.
Example Services
-
Video Audition
Comprising of a single angle camera and single take audio. Session time is charged at £50 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours (remember setup and take down time comes out of the session time, roughly 30 mins should be allowed). Usually there is no post production but if there is the amount will be agreed in advance and billed at £50 per hour.
-
Archive Recording
Fast and efficient low impact setups are required to produce a high quality recording without impacting the sightlines and enjoyment of the audience. A small amount of post production can be benificial to these recordings and will be agreed in advance.
-
Full Release
Full recording session(s) with multiple audio takes, fully produced by myself. Depending on the complexity of the project an assistant engineer may be brought in but this will be agreed upon in advance. The recording will be edited, mixed and mastered as required taking the project to a polished commercial release.
Sample Recordings
Glazunov Reverie, performed by Timothy Ellis (horn) and Thomas Ang (piano). Video and audio produced by Andrew Budden.
